Enlist New Personnel

Add a new member to the USSF roster. Enter their Habbo username, assign a starting rank, office, and position.

Promote / Demote

Change a member's rank. Search for the personnel, select their new rank, and provide a reason. The reason will appear in their Historical Data when hovered.

Form Submissions

Review Transfer, Background Check, and Pardon submissions. Officers and Admins only.

Register New Staff Account

Create login accounts for staff who need access to the admin panel. Choose their role (NCO, WO, Officer, Admin). Set their specific permissions in the Permissions tab after.

Give other people access to the admin panel. Officers and NCOs can enlist, promote, and log activity.

User Permission Settings

Control what each staff member can do. Select a user and toggle their permissions on/off. Only tabs they have permission for will be visible when they log in.

Activity Log

View all actions performed in the PTS — promotions, demotions, enlistments, discharges, and logins. Combined feed sorted by newest first.

Login History

See who logged into the admin panel and when. Tracks all login attempts.

Suspended Users

Temporarily suspended staff accounts. These users can be unsuspended to regain access.

Banned Users

Permanently banned staff accounts. Only the superadmin can unban these users.

Staff Accounts

View active staff accounts. Suspended and banned users are moved to their respective tabs.
